Beginning Knitting, Crochet, Weaving, Spinning and Needle Felting lessons are available by appointment during our business hours and cost $20. Please Call or Email us for scheduling and additional details. We enjoy all the fiber arts and want you to enjoy them as well so classes are designed for people of all skill levels unless specified otherwise.

    • Project Class – $10 **no project class on July 23 and 30**
      • Tuesdays from 6:30-8:30pm. Get help with your project. Please call to reserve a spot.
    • Knitter’s Roundtable  – $10 
      • Wednesdays from 10:30am to 2:30pm. Bring whatever project you are working on and get help and moral support.
    • Knit Night – Free *no knit night on July 4th*
      • Thursdays from 4-6pm. Social knitting/crochet/weaving/spinning time!

      • 6 Week Beginning Knitting Course – $120
    • Monday, July 8 at 1:30pm. Week 1 of a 6 week intro into knitting course! Class starts Monday, July 8 and meets weekly through August 12. Includes yarn, needles, instruction book, and 6 weeks of lessons.
  • Perfect Blend Mystery Knit-a-Long – Free
    • Monday, July 8, 15, 22, 29, and August 5 and 12 at 4pm. Join us for tea, goodies, and lots of knitting fun with this mystery KAL by Casapinka! Don’t have your yarn yet? Stop by the shop before next Monday and check out our kits!
  • Cocoknits Sweater Workshop – Free
    • Tuesday, July 9, 16, 23, and 30 at 10:30am. 4 week workshop featuring helpful video lessons by Julie Weisenberger. Learn the Cocoknits sweater technique and customize a top-down sweater to fit you perfectly! You must have a copy of the CocoKnits Sweater Workshop book and journal to participate. **July’s session is full – give us a call to get on the waiting list for August!**
  • Tips and Techniques with Charles – $10
    • Tuesday, July 9 from 2pm-3pm. Join Charles and explore 5 different types of cast-ons! Bring scrap yarn and an appropriate needle.
  •  Rigid Heddle Weaving Workshop – $125
    • July 11 and 13 from 10:30am to 4:30pm. This two day workshop is a great intro into everything you need to know about weaving on a rigid heddleloom! Includes instruction, materials, and credit toward optional loom purchase
  • Crochet Club
    • Tuesday, July 16 at 1:30pm. Join us as we practice our crochet stitches and pattern reading and learn a new “granny” square. $5 includes yarn, pattern and stitching time.  If you finished your granny from last month, bring it with you and this month is free!
  • Kep Knit-a-Long – $10 for each session + materials
    • Monday, July 22 and 29, and August 5 and 12 at 10:30am. Learn a different technique each week to create your very own classic kep! Carol Martin will lead you through color theory, fair isle designing, writing a pattern, and a knit-a-long.
  • Tips and Techniques with Charles – $10
    • Tuesday, July 23 from 2pm-3pm. Join Charles and explore 5 different types of bind-offs! Bring scrap yarn and an appropriate needle.
  • Felted Flower Workshop – $25 + materials
    • Thursday, July 25 at 10:30am to 2pm. Learn how to combine wet felting and needle felting techniques and create a beautiful flower!
  • Finishing Workshop – $45
    • Saturday, July 27 from 1pm to 4pm. Learn everything you need to finish your knit projects in this fun class! We’ll be focusing on seaming, picking up stitches, button holes, and blocking.There is homework that will need to be completed prior to the class.
  • Rigid Heddle Beyond the Basics – $15
    • Tuesday, July 30 from 1:30pm to 4pm. Join Virginia for a fun afternoon exploring techniques beyond basic weaving on a rigid heddle loom! This class is a demonstration only – no need to bring your loom or any supplies.
  • Beginning Socks on Magic Loop – $45
    • Tuesday, August 6 at 10:30am. Includes yarn, pattern, and instruction
