We all need help from time-to-time. Below we have captured so good resources to either get you started or get you out of a bind.
You are welcome to join our Project Class, every Wednesday, 10:30-12:30 with any pesky issues you have.


Knitting
Knitting is a textile technique where fabric is created by interlocking loops of yarn using two pointed needles, forming a series of stitches.
We do offer Beginning Knitting classes in the store. Be on the lookout on our 'Classes & Events' for the next offering.
Knit Purl Hunter is a great YouTube resource for instructional videos.

Crocheting
Crocheting is a craft technique where fabric is created by interlocking loops of yarn or thread using a single hooked needle, similar to knitting but with a different tool and method.
We do offer Beginning Crochet classes in the store. Be on the lookout on our 'Classes & Events' for the next offering.

Spinning
Yarn spinning is the process of twisting and intertwining fibers, like cotton, wool, or synthetic materials, to create a continuous strand of yarn, which is a fundamental element in the textile industry used for weaving, knitting, or crocheting.
Spinners meet in the store every Tuesday & Saturday from 11:00-3:00. This is great opportunity to learn from others.
Expertly Dyed has some videos that are excellent for learning drafting and the fundamentals of spinning.

Weaving
Weaving is a textile art where two sets of yarns, called warp and weft, are interlaced at right angles to form a fabric or cloth, often using a loom.

Rug Hooking
Rug hooking is a craft where rugs are made by pulling loops of yarn or fabric through a stiff woven base using a crochet-type hook, creating a textured, knobby surface.
A group of Rug Hookers meets every 2nd Thursday from 1:00-3:00 in the store. This is great opportunity to learn from others.
Ribbon Candy is a good resource to find some instructional videos.

Needle Felting
Needle felting is a fiber art technique where wool fibers are bonded together using a special barbed needle, allowing you to create 3D sculptures and 2D designs.
Felts by Philippa can provide some instruction via videos for you.
